I have been working with Recite Me for 1 year. The goal? To produce high-ranking articles that spur engagement.   

The result? Over 300 SEO blog articles, all of which hold an average ranking in the top 10 of search engine results.

Springly is a fast-paced SaaS scale-up that serves the nonprofit sector.   I served as an in-house marketing assistant for 1.5 years, producing articles on a range of different nonprofit management related topics, which is where I developed the majority of my SEO skills — content strategising, keyword research, editing, and publishing. 
I was responsible for the production, editing, and publishing of 10 to 15 SEO-optimised articles per week on nonprofit management-related topics, boosting monthly blog traffic from 10k to 30k unique visits in just 6 months. This contributed directly to a 400% increase in customer acquisition. 
After establishing a concrete understanding of basic marketing principles, I undertook a series of solo projects, including overhauling the company’s weekly newsletter, leading a $5k pay-per-click advertising campaign, and growing a Facebook community from the ground up.

Growing a Facebook Community

I took over Springly’s Facebook community, Nonprofit Management Circle, in August 2021 when it had just 384 members. One year later, I had grown the community to 1.4k members. 

Managing a $5k PPC Campaign

I was put in charge of managing a $5k budget for a targeted pay-per-click campaign with Capterra — an online marketplace vendor for software products. I analysed metrics — such as ad position, click-through rate, and cost per click — each month, altering reinvestment strategies according to the data. 

Put simply, I tested how we performed on each keyword and sector, spreading the budget according to instincts initially, before reinvesting larger amounts in those which proved to be high-performing. 
The result? A 40% reduction in cost per customer acquisition.
